The hotel had a great location and offered good value for money. We enjoyed the nice restaurant and the overall cleanliness of the hotel. The staff at the restaurant and breakfast were accommodating and friendly. Despite a few minor drawbacks, we would recommend this hotel for a comfortable stay.

Location, room
Staff was good but not very knowlegeable of the surroundings. Technical assistance was also slow (I've asked for assistance to fix my alarm clock and it took over 12 hours to get help, and only after second request).

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, situated in a safe and quiet area, close to shopping centers, restaurants, and supermarkets. I also loved how it was very accessible to Congonhas airport. The hotel facilities were clean, modern, and well-maintained, and the breakfast was satisfying. But what I appreciated most was the friendly and accommodating staff who made my stay comfortable and hassle-free.
Nothing could have been better. The hotel provided a great experience overall.

The hotel was in a great area near the airport and was easy to access. the room was spacious and very comfortable, with a clean and spacious bathroom. the service was friendly and efficient, and the breakfast was delicious with a variety of options. there were great facilities available like a nice restaurant.
The front desk staff could use some additional training on hospitality and customer service.

The hotel is located in a quiet and safe area, within walking distance to a shopping center and a park. The restaurant had good food and the service staff were mostly accommodating.
The front desk staff were very poorly trained. Check-in and check-out experiences were unpleasant, and I was denied a print receipt of payment.

The location was very convenient with lots of shops and restaurants nearby. the staff were friendly and welcoming upon arrival. the room was spacious and the bed was comfortable.
The cleanliness of the hotel could be better in some areas, with dusty carpets and signs of aging damage. the room layout was strange with a long desk dividing the room into two parts, and the beds were too close together.
